Can children join the tour?
Yes. Children ages 6–15 can join for ¥2,695, and children ages 0–5 join for free. Guests ages 16 and older pay the adult price of ¥3,850.
Are temple and shrine admission fees included?
No. Temple and shrine admission fees are not included in the tour.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
No. The route includes stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
Can I join the tour with a stroller?
Yes. You can join with a stroller, but you will need to carry it yourself on stairs.
Can large groups join the tour?
The tour has a maximum of 12 participants. Groups of 13 or more must book a private tour.
Does the tour run in the rain?
Yes. The tour runs in the rain. If we cancel the tour, we’ll notify you at the email address you provided when booking.
What should I do if I’m late or can’t find the guide?
Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the tour starts. The tour departs on time. We do not wait for late arrivals or contact them individually.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

If we must cancel the tour due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations - Others
In the event of natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, extreme weather) or transportation system disruptions (e.g., train suspensions, flight cancellations) that prevent us from conducting the tour, we will notify you by email and provide a full refund.
