Can children join the tour?
Yes. Children ages 6–15 can join for ¥9,240, and children ages 0–5 join for free. Guests ages 16 and older pay the adult price of ¥13,200.
Does the tour run in the rain?
Yes. The tour runs in the rain. If we cancel the tour, we’ll notify you at the email address you provided when booking.
What should I do if I’m late or can’t find the guide?
Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the tour starts. The tour departs on time. We do not wait for late arrivals or contact them individually.
Can large groups join the tour?
The tour has a maximum of 5 participants. Groups of 6 or more should contact us about a private tour.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
